Finally, my mom, dad, and sister were able to make it out of Spokane and over the pass for Christmas part two this past weekend. They were so excited to see the kids and the kids were very ready to see them as well. Mason was ecstatic that Santa was making an extra trip this year with Grandma and Grandpa Dean. Here he is standing next to the gigantic stockings they brought and Peyton barely peaking out from her pile of presents. Mason said, "whoa, look at those big socks!" when he saw them.

In honor of John (a big Husky fan) one gift from my mom and dad was some nice Cougar gear for both the kids! :o) TOO CUTE!

Peyton is 8 months old today! She is teething big time - both her top front teeth are working their way through now making for a fussier than normal baby girl. She isn't showing too much interest in crawling but rolls a lot and is getting better at sitting, and standing with assistance or while leaning against something for support with her hands. She went for her first big girl grocery cart ride the other day at Costco and seemed to really enjoy it. She babbles a bit, and really likes to blow bubbles and make a have raspberry type noise. Oh - she also loves to grab a fist full of hair or a necklace and yank! She will even smile when she does it - little stinker!
